  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: If an item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us for assistance.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is damaged and unused and in its original packaging.
  • Process: To initiate a return, contact us.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or sale items cannot be returned.
