3. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value, as specified on our website.

4. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:
    • Metropolitan Cities: 2-4 business days
    • Other Locations: 3-6 business days
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical challenges.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.
  • For lost shipments, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with our courier partners to resolve the issue.

7. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to confirm the shipping details.
  • Reshipping fees may apply for returned packages.

8. International Shipping
