If your location happens to fall outside our delivery network, we’ll contact you immediately to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

Please double-check that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before completing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

However, if an error occurs on our end, we will take full responsibility and send a replacement at no cost to you.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Customs fees and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that one or more packages may be subject to such fees upon arrival in your country

  • If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.
  • For lost shipments, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with our courier partners to resolve the issue.

7. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to confirm the shipping details.
  • Reshipping fees may apply for returned packages.
