Thank you for your purchase. If you fall under the conditions, return it within 2 days for a full refund or exchange.

• Buyer can return or exchange the item.
• The item received must be damaged or of low quality. 
• Buyer must return item within 2 days of delivery.
• Buyer must have a sealed parcel opening video which shows clear damage of the product, or a low quality product.
• MyGoat has the right to reject any return request if the above conditions are not met, or the evidence is not appropriate, returns purely on the basis of customer satisfaction will not be entertained.
• A customer is eligible to convert the product amount to store credits in case any offer was made before and can exchange the same for new products.
• Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
• If the Buyer does not have a parcel opening video but have raised a damaged product request within an hour of the delivery they are eligible for the exchange but will have to pay an extra 250/-.
  
• If the time exceeds they have to pay half the amount.

Items must be new, unused, with all tags and labels.
