Thank you for your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, return it within 2 days for a full refund or exchange.

• Buyer can return or exchange the item.
• The item received must be damaged or of low quality. 
• Buyer must return item within 2 days of delivery.
• Buyer must have a sealed parcel opening video which shows clear damage of the product.
• MyGoat has the right to reject any return request if the above conditions are not met, or the evidence is not appropriate.
• A customer is eligible to convert the product amount to store credits in case any offer was made before and can exchange the same for new products.
• Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
• If the Buyer does not have a parcel opening video but have raised a damaged product request within an hour of the delivery they are eligible for the exchange but will have to pay an extra 250/-.
  
• If the time exceeds they have to pay half the amount.

Items must be new, unused, with all tags and labels.
